ways to unwind during the holidays

Disconnect from technology.  Even if you're working consider turning on your out-of office so you don't feel pressure to immediately respond.

Get more sleepIt can be easier said than done but try going to bed earlier or lie-in bed longer in the morning if your schedule allows.

Don't reach for your cell phone when you first wake up. Try to ease into your day without the technology stimulation.

Spend time with friends and family. Do something different out of your normal routine which can help reduce stress levels.
